CALLING ALL ESTATES SURVEYORS!
Park Avenue are working with a Lincolnshire based Local Authority who are in need of an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team on an initial 6 month contract, which is likely to be extended.
Your focus will be dealing with a backlog of Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Landlord and Tenant Matters.
You will be working with a friendly team, so rest assured you will be supported in this role.
The council also work on a hybrid basis, so you will only be needed in the office for 1–2 days a week.
Local Authority experience is highly desirable to be considered for this role.
