Your new role
In your new role as an In-House Commercial Lawyer, you will provide legal advice to the firm, overseeing and identifying key legal issues.
This includes supporting the firm in the development of its legal technology and innovation strategy. Drafting, reviewing and advising on the firm's complex commercial contract arrangements, and acting as a leader of the firm's management of legal and operational risk and enhancing the management of risk throughout the firm.
You will also support the business in the delivery of best-in-class tools, bespoke solutions and technical experts to resolve legal, regulatory and deal-related challenges

What you'll need to succeed
- To be a successful candidate for the In House Commercial Lawyer role, you will be a commercial lawyer seeking to to join the growing group of specialist contracts & technology lawyers within the in-house legal team on a full time permanent basis.
- You will be a qualified lawyer in NI, ROI and / or Eng & Wales -- All levels of PQE will be considered.
- You will have commercial contracts experience and ideally have gained experience in technology contracts and possess excellent legal and commercial skills.
