Marks Sattin Executive Search is currently seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join a Private Equity-backed Consultancy Firm. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a business that is committed to growing rapidly through a strategic buy and build growth approach.

You will be responsible for managing the finance functions of the company, providing financial leadership to realise significant growth, playing a critical role in all upcoming M&A processes and subsequent integrations. You will lead operational responsibilities beyond finance, including HR and IT, ensuring that they align with the company's overall goals.

The ideal candidate for this role:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
• Experience as a CFO within a PE-backed business
• Previous experience with M&A (acquisitions and integrations)
• Project-based or Consulting experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
