A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Engineer to join a renowned manufacturer in the Lifton area.

With no day ever being the same the Chief Engineer role offers genuine long–term progression and career development within a first–class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Leading a multidiscipline team of around 60.
• Lead and sign off Capex projects.
• Ensure compliance across the engineering departments in line with Health & Safety, Quality and process procedures.
• Develop the engineering strategy based on the long–term business plan, implementing continuous improvement activities.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar level role within FMCG environments
• Previous experience with Capex projects
• Continuous Improvement and Lean manufacturing
