We are looking for an experienced and passionate mid–senior Business Analyst to join one of the biggest brands within the fashion beauty industry.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to come into one of the fastest–growing companies in fashion & beauty retail. Starting with a relatively small team of Business Analysts means progression within the company will be fast for the right person! You will have the opportunity to work directly under the BA Lead, enhancing the newly developed transformation team, and making real impacts on the business processes involved.

After a fast rise to the top of their industry, this company are looking to really enhance their business processes, creating and enhancing new business processes to help the company excel even further. It is essential that candidates come from a retail background, and have worked in companies with strong and successful business processes. Part of your role will involve assessing any gaps or chinks in process (as/is) and creating work/data flows and business improvement plans (to/be).

If you are Business Analyst with a genuine passion for retail, are process driven and have good data analytic abilities, then this could be the role for you!

Requirements:

• Mid/Senior experienced Business Analyst
• Retail sector experience required
• Strong business process focus – the ability to see good and bad processes and how to impact these (as/is – to/be)
• Ability to manage a range of challenging stakeholders and obtain requirements from them using appropriate facilitation methods
