A legal 500 regional law firm is looking for a Senior Tax Lawyer to join their growing team based in their Southampton office (open to various office locations) on a hybrid basis. Ideally the firm is looking for someone with at least 5 years post qualified experience.
The Corporate and Tax and succession team generally advise on corporate restructurings/reorganisations, investor tax planning, employment taxation, all aspects of M&A work, employee incentivisation, and real estate structuring. Clients of this team include property investors and developers, PLC's, entrepreneurs, portfolio companies, and owner managed businesses.
The successful candidate will be leading the team alongside supporting clients through complex tax matters, providing relevant advice (depending on their specific circumstances) to clients, offering support to businesses of all sizes, while always ensuring you always provide a clear proportionate understanding of tax systems and proper tax compliance to all clients.
