Associate Non-executive Director
East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) are seeking to appoint one or more Associated Non-executive Director(s). This is an exceptional opportunity for those considering their first NHS Non-executive Director role to share your talents and expertise to make a positive difference to the lives of people of and visitors to Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

You will have recent senior level experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Relevant finance experience in a large and complex organisation preferably with a financial qualification
- Clinical and patient safety expertise gained from medical, nursing, allied disciplines, or social care experience in an academic, research, regulatory or clinically focused role
- Estates and facilities management expertise at a strategic level
- Expertise and knowledge of digital transformation at a strategic level
- Strong track record in partnership working across a range of stakeholders at a strategic level
- Work alongside other non-executives and executive colleagues as an equal member of the board
- Bring independence, external perspectives, skills and challenge to strategy development
- Hold the executive to account by providing purposeful, constructive scrutiny and challenge
- Actively support a healthy culture for the trust
