Are you a Project Manager with significant experience working on highways projects?

We are currently on the search for a project manager with extensive experience on highways projects!

Our client are a medium sized consultancy who are currently operating across a number of highways and infrastructure projects! They are looking to take on a Projectg Manager out of either their London or Manchester office.

This role will offer a highly competitive market rate, outside IR35!

Responsibilities:

• Providing project leadership
• Be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of projects.
• Achieving a defined personal productivity target for yourself and your team through involvement in these projects.
• Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations, Business Management, HSE and Quality procedures.
• Maintaining your knowledge of current design and regulatory standards.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (degree or HNC in a relevant Engineering Discipline) preferable.
• Chartered status
• Experience and Skills
• Significant Project Manager experience within a Highways sector
• Proven track record of managing of a project portfolio.
