Interim Building Surveyor-Hertfordshire-??300p/d-6months

My Local Authority Client based in Hertfordshire is currently looking for an interim Building Surveyor to help oversee Maintenance on an initial 6–month contract with a very likely view to extend. They are looking for a Surveyor who is happy with Hybrid working. This role will be focused on a mixed portfolio of residential/corporate properties

Paying up to 300 p/d for the ideal candidate.

The Role:

• Carry out Condition Survey Inspections and Reports
• Write specifications for Contractors
• Managing contractors performing Planned and Reactive Maintenance
• Maintenance Project Management – including Asbestos

Experience needed/desired:

• Building Surveying degree – MCIOB not essential but desired
• Good Knowledge of CDM
• Experience with Corporate Properties
• Ability to understand Lease T&C's
• Knowledge on Asbestos Management and safe use
