Blackwaters is recruiting an interim CFO to join a market leading multi-site leisure group.
Having secured game-changing PE investment, we are looking for someone to support a super talented exec team in the short term to commence a transformation project.
This business is at the beginning of its investment cycle so we are looking for someone with experience of a full finance review and rebuild, providing robust leadership and implementing reporting, systems and controls to future proof as the business scales. ·
Review, direct and oversee all aspects of the finance function in the business, including creating of the 100 day ·
Support the CEO in implementing strategic growth initiatives as an operator. ·
Contribute to increasing overall profitability and provide advice on financial implications of business activities. ·
Due diligence, execution and integration of strategic acquisitions. ·
Act as a supportive and critical partner to the CEO and investors; pro-actively contribute as a key member of the executive management team and of the Board. ·
Work closely with other functions to provide financial and other general managerial input where appropriate, and ensure accuracy in forecasting/planning.
We are looking for someone who has experience of scaling a PE backed multi-site, multi-revenue business (current t/o is £80m). International exposure is critical, as is managing multiple revenue streams and complex banking covenants. M&A exposure (end to end) is important, as is the desire to roll up sleeves.
