Interim Global Head of Finance

We’re recruiting on behalf of a global Marketing & Communications business, based in central London, who connects people, data and brands to optimise impact for their clients.

What you’ll be doing:

As Global Head of Finance, you’ll report directly to the Global FD and senior management team and take full responsibility for all aspects of managing the global finance function. In this interim role, the Head of Finance will lead the finance team during a period of important transition whilst assuming direct responsibility for day to day financial operations such as month end, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting and commercial finance.

The successful candidate will be used to operating within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and be able to continuously drive towards more effective automation in conjunction with stronger financial controls.

Do you possess previous leadership experience within organisations containing multiple, international entities and subsidiaries? Do you relish the challenge of supporting senior stakeholders via the production of accurate financial data and astute financial modelling?

What we need you to bring to the business:

• Previous finance leadership experience within fast paced, international environments
• Foreign subsidiary consolidations experience
• Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills as well as significant experience working with and maintaining ERP and ideally CRM systems
• Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills – the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Previous team management experience
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels both internally and externally
• Experience with either Salesforce or FinancialForce would be advantageous
