Interim Finance Manager

Radley Green are working with a Health–tech start–up looking for an Interim Finance Manager for a 6 month contract.

The business have just raised GBP20m in a Series A and as such require a candidate that is comfortable running a finance function on a day to day basis on a sole basis.

The role will pay between GBP350 and GBP450 per day and will require candidates that have worked in very hands on positions in the past.

The business is based in London and operate a "remote first" working structure and so candidates can go into the office 3–4 times a month.

The responsibilities include:

• Production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts for senior management team
• Review and control of all costs within the business
• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable and Receivable ensuring everything in reconciled and reported on at month end.
• Development of controls, processes and systems
• Working on various financial projects for senior management team.

Requirements of the role:

• Qualified or QBE Accountant
• Experience working in a growth business
• Willingness and experience to work in a "top to bottom" finance role
• Strong excel and systems experience
• Personality to work in a fast–paced, busy environment
