The Global Experience Change Director is an integral part of BCG's BST Engagement team. In this role you will work alongside our Business Services Team Human Resources Centre of Excellence (BST HR CoE), subject matter experts, and the broader organization to develop and deliver a coordinated engagement program for BST Employees. This includes supporting program delivery for new BST EVP initiatives such as Recharge Time, People Manager Enablement, performance management and other priority HR initiatives targeting our BST employees.
This role will own the enablement strategy execution of projects and programs to enable our local HR teams to deliver an enhanced BST employee experience. It will also play a key role in building an HR network to deliver the last mile of BST focused HR initiatives including coordinating with BST HR CoE teams to drive, prioritize and deliver and engaging agenda that supports delivery and shares best Practice
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Partnering with the business to define, build and implement an engaging and innovative BST employee experience program that elevates and engages BST
- Developing innovative multi-format programs (from concept to execution) to support engagement and delivery of BST HR initiatives incl EVP, Recharge time and People Manager Enablement
- Managing complex relationships and influencing/buy-in and across multiple cultures
- Acting as a key conduit with key stakeholder groups across all levels of the organization including establishing ways for regular engagement with the HR Network
- Owning and defining engagement approaches to ensure we an open dialogue with local teams, establishing channels for sharing content, enablement activities etc
- Developing creative ideas or concepts that drive employee experience and enable our local HR teams to deliver on our People Promise
- Drafting high quality enablement strategies for programs or projects defining approaches that anticipate roadblocks and opportunities to increase success e.g. right mix of playbooks, checklists and plans that will support delivery
- Devising approaches to get feedback and leveraging data to measures success and inform program approach
- Conducting and completing people data analysis from reporting to recommended action or solutions to issues including analyzing employee data such as People Survey / pulse check analysis and messaging, Pulse Check etc
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 10+ years' Consulting, change or enablement experience from top-tier firm and/or within a high-caliber HR team
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution with high academic achievement
- Experience managing large-scale, global projects in support of organizational change efforts
- Familiarity with professional services companies and business models
- Strong communication skills with an ability to clarify problems and articulate solutions
- Outcome focused with the ability to proactively take initiative, use good judgment to prioritize requests and be comfortable working with minimal direction
- Able to think strategically, operate tactically and impact collaboratively; Ready to both "hold the pen" and "do the thinking"
- Comfortable with ambiguity; a willingness to new and innovative ideas and to change; willingness to experiment and learn
- Actively listens, requests clarification when needed, receptive to feedback
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work as part of an enablement team delivering experience programs for our BST. Acting as both a team but also working directly with SME from across HR to provide guidance on best practice enablement and delivery for our local systems.
