Interim Internal Communications Advisor - 8 months - London (Hybrid)

I am working with a leading energy company, who are looking to hire an Internal Communications Advisor on a contract basis to help design and deliver internal communications plans and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage internal communications events

- Assist the team in the delivery of communication programmes or projects end-to-end.

- Deliver effective internal communication activities that will help improve employees' understanding of the company purpose, ambition and strategy.

- Ensure alignment of central internal communications activities

The ideal candidate:

- At least two years' experience gained either in-house or from an agency in corporate communications

- Experience in proposing, planning and delivering effective internal communication strategies

- Experience of using a range of channels, including intranets and internal social media

- Excellent English writing skills and ability to convey complex topics in simple language to multiple audiences
