Sales Director- hygiene/cleaning products

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Executive have been exclusively retained by a sub 5 million turnover SME manufacturing business based. in the West Midlands who specialise in the manufacture and distribution of hygiene products as they look to appoint a Sales Director, in what will be a brand new position for the business.

Working with the owners, this will be a hands–on sales role with the purpose of working with the board of Directors to grow the business in line with ambitious plans in place.

THE JOB:

Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Director will manage a small team of around 4–5 people, predominately internal sales and sales order processes and you will spearhead the key account and business development activity for the business, both in the UK and internationally.

Alongside managing the Sales Office, you will get hold of the several hundred accounts, identifying key accounts and maximising revenue with clients currently working with the business.

You'll also target new distributors and clients within the hygiene supply industry or industrial cleaning industry and develop new business and key accounts.

You'll identify the best trade shows to attend and maximise marketing opportunities for the company and products and leverage opportunities from both.

Predominantly UK based, you'll also have international contacts within the hygiene or cleaning products industries that you can bring on board.

THE PERSON:

This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for someone with direct and extensive knowledge of the hygiene or industrial cleaning product industry who is looking to continue their successful career or take a step up into their first Sales Director opportunity.

For this opportunity, the company will not consider applications from those without experience of the hygiene or cleaning product industry.
