Description
The Legal Counsel will join a specialist In-house team and support stakeholders on varied work. This will include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, procurement and they is also scope to get involved in other areas such as IP and state aid. The successful candidate will report into the deputy General Counsel and General Counsel and work on exciting projects and manage legal risks associated with the business.
Profile
You will already be working as a In-house Solicitor / Legal Counsel or likely to be a commercial / company lawyer looking for a In-house move. You will live within commuting distance to Warrington. You will be eager to learn and a team player.
