A legal 500 regional law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team, based in their Southampton office on a hybrid basis. Ideally the firm is looking for a someone with at least 3 years post qualified experience.

The successful Real Estate Disputes team are in involved in all aspects of property litigation, working with private clients, corporate clients, retailers, landowner developers, property developers, and investors. The team often work closely with the planning, construction, and asset management teams.

The successful candidate will be playing a role in growing and developing the Real Estates Disputes team, alongside handling their own caseload, delivering and exceptional client service, and assisting more senior Property Litigation Lawyers on complex matters when necessary. Supervising more junior members of the team and contributing to the collaboration of the wider team across the region is also to be expected within the role.

This is an exciting and rewarding role with the opportunity to engage with clients early on, and work closely with high calibre senior lawyers and partners of the firm, with support in place for more challenging matters if and when necessary.

Essential skills:
  • Experience in disputes concerning development land, property contracts, and landlord and tenant matters.
  • A keen focus on providing clients with relevant and timely advice.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail.
  • Ability to build and develop strong client relationships.
  • Highly organised.
