Marks Sattin Executive Search is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join a PE-backed Global Science-based manufacturing business and realise its significant international growth potential.
Formed from a carve-out of a larger group, this well-regarded business is supported by their background and excellence in standard setting.
This is a great opportunity to lead their international expansion through an acquisition and integration-focused growth strategy, and lead wider operational responsibilities beyond finance.
Professionalising the post-carve-out finance function, you will prepare comprehensive and insightful performance analysis, forecasts, and reports, take full accountability for cash flow, and report to debt providers, including covenant compliance.
The CFO will take ownership of larger operational duties, including IT, payroll, procurement, and property management responsibilities.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and work ethic are key to cultivating a fast-paced culture that is driven by growth and profitability, while also fostering robust relationships with the board, PE firm, and debt providers. An ambitious finance professional will find this an exciting opportunity to lead the commercial finance function in this private equity-backed business, unlocking its growth potential.
