Our client is a top 20 M&E Contractor Specialising in Design, Installation and maintenance, with a solid reputation across the Leisure and Retail, Residential, commercial, healthcare, custodial, defence and educational sectors. Established in 1947 our client has built strong relationships with some of the UK s construction industries giants, which has led has to large financial gains and a healthy order book s lined up for 2023/24.

About the Opportunity

Due to Natural growth, our client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager who can work within a fast–paced environment. The projects are in and around the Northampton area serving the Educational, commercial fit–out, custodial, and medical markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK s top 20 M&E contractors.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Taking the Project from the estimating team via a project hand over

• Review of the Scope, be actively involved in the production of presentation documents where required.

• Better buying of all packages, in line with company policy

• Issuing technical submittals of all Equipment / Packages

• Issue all programmes pre construction

• Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion

• Quality control

• Sub–Contractor management

• Procurement

• Commissioning and handover

Requirements

Minimum of 3 Years electrical project management experience working for a rival contractor. Degree qualified preferred. Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and keen to progress your career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player. A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer.

Salary/ Benefits

Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case–by–case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within GBP60K to GBP70K + Company Car you will also receive a company works package
