Associate Digital Director up to 85,000 London Not–For–Profit

Gleeson Recruitment Group have exclusively partnered with a Not–For–Profit business within the Engineering sector, who are looking for an Associate Digital Director to take them through their next phase of Digital Transformation. A brand new role to the business due to sustained growth and expansion; this is a leadership role that will play a pivotal part in shaping, influencing and delivering the digital road–map across the business.

You will be responsible for defining the digital landscape to allow the business to work at a greater scale and drive efficiency through the use of new technologies, best practice, and adopting a 'digital first' culture within the business.

They are currently at the beginning of this exciting journey, this is an challenging yet exciting role that will suit someone who is a strategic thinker, hands on, and passionate about delivering excellence. This is a brilliant role that allows you to own the digital landscape and lead change in a growing and ambitious organisation.

The Role:

  • Define and deliver and effective digital strategy across the business, with a focus on innovation, change, digital leadership.
  • Implement new technologies, systems and work flows to increase operational effectiveness across the business.
  • Drive the best use of an effective CRM system, ensuring the data is accurate and good quality.
  • A leadership role, you will drive influence and change – enabling the wider business to adopt the digital culture. Building valuable relationships across the business and getting 'buy in' from key stakeholders.
  • Use data to optimise the digital strategy further and identify areas for opportunity and growth – using insights to make data led decisions.
  • Manage a a team to ensure the digital strategy is delivered effectively.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar Head of Digital, Digital Director or Digital Transformation role.
  • Experience building an effective digital strategy, with a focus on business growth.
  • Experience implementing new digital systems and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence, and drive change.
  • Creative, strategic with high attention to detail.

Hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office
