The Opportunity!

The Manufacturing Intelligence and Support Group at Bolton is tasked with supplying and supporting many software products in our manufacturing facilities at both Bolton and Henlow sites. It is also in the process of expanding to incorporate the development of a new software product line (utilising some of the very latest software technologies) as well as addressing the wealth of new/additional work and alongside supporting existing legacy systems.

The team is therefore looking to grow from its current team of eight engineers to facilitate this expansion in a highly dynamic working environment.

What we are looking for from you:

A software developer who can work in a high–performing team and create strong working relations with others in the team and its customers. The successful candidate would:

  • Have previous experience working in an agile software development team.
  • Love problem solving.
  • Be a self–motivated, adaptable and competent software engineer.
  • Be an effective communicator and have an organised yet adaptable attitude.
Our Business:

We respect new perspectives and experiences, and we value our collaborative ways of working. We are committed to growing and supporting diversity in our workforce and ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity to reach their potential.

We recognise that everyone is unique, and we encourage you to speak to us should you require any advice, support or adjustments throughout our recruitment process. We also welcome applicants who are looking for flexible working arrangements.
