THE ROLE: Within hospitals, the successful Business Development Manager will be managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within a wide range of hospital settings – theatre, critical care, urology. cardiology, gynae, thoracics, anaesthesia and procurement in the main and contact level will be surgeons, consultants, nurses, ward managers and staff, matrons and engineers. Lots of growth will come from existing accounts as well as new ones and the beauty of this opportunity is the ability to reach out to multiple new arenas within each account. Full company and product training will be given and career / earning prospects are very attractive.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must be new business–focussed sales professionals who are happy to cold call and close. Preference will go to those with medical / hospital sales experience, however those wo have sold a large product range in other sectors are also encouraged to apply, as are ODPs or nurses seeking a new challenge in sales.

The Package for Business Development Manager:

  • Basic: 32,000 to 40,000
  • Commission: 22,000 to 35,000
  • Car: 550 per month car allowance
