Role - Group Financial Controller Location - Crewe Salary - Up to £70,000 with additional benefits
Marks Sattin are currently exclusively recruiting for an energy business in their search for a Financial Controller to work out of their new Crewe offices.
The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong technical accounting skills. Any prior experience of company secretarial duties would be preferable. Advanced Excel skills are crucial and any exposure to implementing a new finance system would be a distinct advantage. Excellent staff management skills are crucial as is the ability to work to tight deadlines. Key duties for the Group Financial Controller role will involve:

- Management of the working capital
- Preparation of the statutory accounts
- Review and preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Cashflow and balance sheet management
- Project accounting
- Lead on all company secretarial duties
- Lead in the implementation of a new finance system
- Management of the finance team
Salary for the role is up to £70,000 + benefits
