Roles and Responsibilities
- Being the lead on development planning efforts
- Collaboration with other engineering functions
- Delivering test plans and test cases
- Quality assurance and design performance testing
- Lead the test methodology for R&D
- Strong understanding in advanced test rig design, control and instrumentation
Experience Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in leading design and delivery of development activities in IC powertrain technology
- 10 years + experience in Powertrain R&D
- Understanding of all aspects of Powertrain development
- Curios about new technologies and willingness to learn and support
