Ford & Stanley Executive Search Permanent & Interim Solutions to the Global Rail, Enviro–tech, Manufacturing & Digital Sectors

Assignment: Deputy Commercial Director

Rate: GBP500–GBP700 a day
Location: City of London (2/3 days per week on site)
Duration: 6 months minimum.
Project / Deliverables: A focus on Marketing, Insights and B2B. Can be discussed verbally with the search consultant / search director.
Status Determination: Inside IR35

Assignment Overview:

  • The successful candidate will have ownership of the marketing, insights and B2B teams with the expectation that growth, strategy and longevity is the focus.
  • The incoming deputy commercial director will be a proven leader and manager, someone who is capable of setting vision, culture and a common mission for the team to strive towards.
  • In addition to the above, the incoming candidate will focus on instilling a mindset change within the team, with a renowned focus on growth and careful consideration of ROI.
  • The successful candidate will be a strong manager of stakeholders (both internal and external) and preferably have exposure to the Transport sector.
