Description

The key responsibilities for this Head of Finance role based close to Bolton will be as follows:

– Managing the UK finance function

– Full budgeting/forecasting responsibilities

– Adding value by contributing to operational decision–making processes

– Review all submissions to financial reporting packs under US GAAP

– Statutory reporting for all

– Key point of contact for internal & external audit

– Manage any foreign exchange exposure

– Play a proactive part in developing the team

Profile

The successful candidate for this interesting Head of Finance role will be:

– A fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

– A fantastic coach & team manager

– Able to add value operationally in a global manufacturing environment

– Technically sound – ideally with prior US GAAP / SOX / FRS 101 experience
