Hunter Mason are currently working with a company in Portsmouth that specialise in window installation to source a Project / Commercial Manager, this role will entail taking the lead in the commercial department, ensuring that all projects are completed to budget and to the specifications of the clients. They'll also take the role of a QS on, managing bids and tenders and ensuring that any future projects are profitable to the company. Your new role as a Project / Commercial Manager

As a Project / Commercial Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

• Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
• Working closely with commercial teams to leading business development projects
• Working on projects to develop and deliver new product fields, new services, capabilities and digital enhancements to the business.
• Encompassing all relating activities such as market and commercial analysis, legal implications, commercial investment pitching, investment review, contract negotiations and stakeholder management communications.
• The successful candidate will be a dynamic and driven individual with strong organisational and communication skills who is looking for a company where they are able to contribute effectively to the success, progression and development of the business.
• You'll have 2 –3 years relevant experience in a wide range of business development projects and experience with acquisitions/mergers would also be an advantage.
