Are you a Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client is a global, market leading provider of advice and consultancy across HR, Health and Safety and Employment Law, looking for the best talent to join their ever–expanding business. You will develop new business opportunities through new lead generation and building your own referral network with the support of the telemarketing team.
OTE 100,000 (totally uncapped) Top earners earn in excess of 130K, plus Company Car or Car Allowance and Fantastic Benefits Package

Day–to–Day Responsibilities
- Self–generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day–to–day new business activity.
- Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner and your own self–generated appointments.
- Work with the Head of Seminars to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximise sales opportunities.
- Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.

What you bring to the Team
- 2 years plus track record of selling in a B2B environment (Industry experience NOT required)
- Confidence in value based/consultative selling
- Ability to adapt and develop solutions to clients' needs with clear and decisive communication
- Ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners, Board of Directors and HR Managers
