The Role:

As the Managing Director, you will:

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of professionals in a diverse range of construction projects
• Work closely with the current stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies
• Secure new projects and maintain existing client relationships
• Ensure work is completed to the highest standards, coordinating with subcontractors and staff
• Take an active interest in the day–to–day operations of the business

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a senior management role within the construction industry
• Has a hands–on approach and a strong understanding of site operations
• Possesses excellent communication and leadership skills
• Can demonstrate a track record of success in growing a business and securing new projects
• Is committed to achieving the highest standards in both work quality and customer satisfaction
