Senior Business Analyst (Registry)

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst (Registry) to work within Higher Education based near South Kensington. Hybrid model, hours 9–5pm Monday – Friday. Start WC 10th April for 2 months, likely to transfer to a 6–month fix term contract. 22.43ph.

The role holder will lead and facilitate business process mapping in workshops and online to document both existing business processes, whilst identifying new opportunities to streamline cross departmental activities. Identification of potential IT improvements as a result of business process development will be an essential part of the role, whilst also being able to think creatively of lean processes. The Business Analyst will be a specialist in their field and will work to build the skills in non–specialist teams across the organisation.

• Previous administrative experience working in a complex organisation at a similar level
• Experience of business analysis, including identifying requirements and proposing solutions
• Experience of Business Process Mapping Systems
• Broad experience, acquired through a combination of job–related training and considerable on–the–job experience, demonstrating development through involvement in a series of progressively more demanding relevant work/roles.
