Protech Site Services are recruiting for a Construction Director to join the team of an award–winning residential developer.

As Construction Director, you will be responsible for, overseeing and developing the Construction Team, ensuring a high quality of build, making sure a high level of Customer Satisfaction is achieved, liaising with all other departments to make sure best practices across the company are attained and monitoring projects so that they are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Experience needed to be successful in the role:

• Experience in successfully managing a Regional or National residential development team.
• A proven record of monitoring and controlling build quality.
• Extensive knowledge of project planning and build programming.
• Great communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate and support a team and to recruit a high calibre of new members.
• A strong commercial understanding of build costs and the ability to review accordingly.
• The ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge and application of Health and Safety legislation.
