SF Recruitment have partnered with a successful business based in Solihull who are looking for an interim Head of HR, for a period of 6 months. As a stand alone role you will be responsible for transactional and operational HR.
Day rate: GBP400 per day
Full time hours based on site
Role
– Provide senior leadership for the HR function
– Advise executive team on reward and benefit strategies, pay bench marking and salary reviews
– Review and propose on recognition, wellbeing and reward strategies
– Manage all employee relations issues
– Work with line management to ensure PDR process is aligned with the strategic needs and policies and wider business plans
– Responsible for headcount budgets and recruitment strategies
– Responsible for the onboarding process
– Restructures
– Provide support and advise to US business
Required
– Previous senior HR experience
– Ability to influence senior stakeholders
– CIPD qualified
