Accountant - Real Estate
Your new company
An exciting new opportunity to work for a real estate investor and developer based in Mayfair. You will join their growing finance department as an Accountant and work as an integral part of the team.
Your new role
As the Accountant you will be responsible for preparing paperwork and working with banks directly in setting up new accounts, intercompany reconciliation's and accounting adjustments, drawdown requests for intercompany loans and accounts preparation. You will also be involved in financial analysis and supporting the Finance Manager in the smooth running of the accounts department.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Newly Qualified Accountant with experience of the Real estate and or Property sector. You will have strong analysis skills and ability to prepare management and financial accounts. This role will work closely with the business and wider finance team so strong communication skills are essential.
