Associate Director of CDM

A long established, busy and continuously growing multi–disciplinary consultancy with a nationwide presence are in the process of securing a new Associate Director of CDM to look after a number of valued clients providing them with your specialist expertise across the public and private sectors.

The role will involve staff delegation to more junior members of the team and have an expectation to grow and develop the business, speaking with and securing new clients and nurturing the already existing client base.

The role of the Associate Director of CDM

As the successful Associate Director of CDM

• Delivery of CDM and Principal Designer advisory services
• Collation of PCI – Pre–Construction Information and Reviewing Risk Registers
• Build and maintain client base in the North West
• Delegate responsibilties to more junior members of your team
• Attending design team meetings engaging with client and designers.
• Preparing F10 notifications and reviewing construction phase plans

The SuccessfulAssociate Director of CDM

The skills required by the successfulAssociate Director of CDM

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate as a minimum
• Ideally working towards or have achieved their Diploma level 6.
• Hold professional membership with IOSH and ideally the APS. Chartered preferred
• At least 3 years working in a CDM and consultancy environment.
• Full Driving License Required
• Strong IT capabilities
• Work to own initiative and self manage own diary.
