Our Client who is a large specialist dry–lining sub–contractor based in Essex, working with Tier 1 contractors and developers, with Projects in London and Nationwide, turnover 15m this year, with an order book value of 40m going forward.
About the Role:
We are actively recruiting for a Commercial Manager at senior level, possible director level, to join their team.
You will be responsible for commercial management across all projects, work streams and capital planning. Completion of budgets, estimates, procurement and cost/invoice processing, ensure the completeness and accuracy of data/information received and produced.
You should have a minimum 10 years experience working within a commercial department for the construction sector. Have experience managing a commercial team and working alongside the managing Director on a daily basis.
