Head of HR

Are you a forward–thinking HR professional who can drive the strategic focus of an expanding care provider?

Bright Selection are recruiting for an exceptional Group Head of HR to join the Senior Management Team of an award–winning care provider.

Responsibilities:

• Improve and monitor company policies and procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance is met.
• Champion and influence positive change.
• Support with acquisition and TUPE.
• Lead and drive on HR projects.

Requirements

• CIPD Level 7 qualified with evidence of continuous development.
• At least 10 years of HR leadership experience.
• Experience working within HR in the care sector.
• Driving License.
• Up–to–date knowledge of employment legislation.

Remuneration

• Salary offered up to 90,000 per annum + car allowance.
