Clinical Negligence - Head of Department
An amazing opportunity to oversee and head a small clinical negligence department based in Greater Manchester and spearhead the growth of the department. To be considered for this role you will need to have gained at least 4 years PQE dealing with the high value clinical negligence matters and be comfortable with management & supervision whilst managing a caseload from start to finish.
The role is to oversee the clinical negligence department and help to drive the operational and financial performance of the department. You would also be expected to deal with a caseload consisting of the highly complex & £multi-million matters that include matters such as catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries.
You will have a direct line of communication with the Partners within the business and have a direct influence on the shape of the department and will assist with growth & recruitment. The day to day duties will involve handling a caseload but also dealing with supervision, management, training and ensuring KPI's are met as a team & individuals.
