Financial Controller

Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious financial controller within a large, fast–growing business.

The business operates as a group, working predominantly as a commercial contractor within the construction industry, and has over 300 active clients.

The role of financial controller will include :

• Detailed forecasting/modelling for each part of the group
• Full SWAT analysis of all financial aspects
• Thorough client analysis to assess further growth opportunity
• Ensuring that the finances support key growth areas
• Close relationship with the CEO to assess future M&A activity

A successful candidate will need to be a qualified accountant with management experience, leadership skills and good interpersonal skills. The company want a financial controller who not only will oversee and manage the day–to–day financial aspects of the business, but also have the ability and confidence to work alongside the Board and to think "outside the box"

The company is looking for a candidate to either have the desire to step up into a director role within the first three years, although they would also consider candidates who are already operating in that role
