The company employs around 400 staff and holds over GBP20b in funds.The companies areas of expertise cover portfolio management services, financial planning, services for intermediaries and their clients and discretionary portfolio services for US connected clients via the companies subsidiary company.Your new roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Project Manager to join a growing team for a leading Wealth Manager based in Central London. You will be the Lead Project Manager for a number of projects which include but are not limited to; CRM Roll out and Vendor Selection.You will lead a team of 6 including Project Managers and Business Analysts and will promote an agile way of working. You will be able to communicate at a high level to senior level stakeholders whilst also being able to come up with suggestions and implement your own ideas to the team.What you'll need to succeedThe right candidate will have the following experience/skills:

• Strong leadership skills
• Led teams in the past whilst implementing projects
• Worked within Wealth Management sector with line management responsibilities
• High level of understanding technical initiatives – APIs, Data Warehousing & Mastering and System Integration
• Strong understanding of data and be able to understand how it flows between applications
• Strong stakeholder management skills – must be able to communicate this effectively
• Be able to move between projects simultaneously to ensure smooth running
