Location: Cambridge
Salary: 60,000 – 70,000

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross–departmental marketing strategy, including brand positioning, product messaging, demand generation, and customer advocacy. You will lead a talented team of marketers and collaborate closely with cross–functional teams to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

In return for your expertise and leadership, this incredible company will offer a highly competitive salary range of 60,000 – 70,000, along with a range of benefits that include a pension scheme, bonuses, private healthcare, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute our overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, product messaging, demand generation, and customer advocacy.
Lead a talented team of marketers and collaborate closely with cross–functional teams to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on all marketing activities.
Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including agencies, vendors, and industry associations.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem–solving abilities
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast–paced environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
