Morgan Law are delighted to be working with a NHS trust based in Norfolk helping them recruit for a new Assistant HR Business Partner. The role is on a 12 month contract band 5 and you would be required on site 3 days a week.
We are looking for candidates with NHS experience so please only apply if you have experience within the NHS.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
To support the HRBP on the interpretation and application of the Trust's HR policies and procedures, NHS terms and conditions of service and employment law
Monitor changes in national employment policies and employment legislation, prepare briefings and ensure that the HR Business partners are effectively updated
To take a proactive role in advising on reducing absence within the Divisions to help achieve Trust targets. Analysing reports, attending management meetings and giving advice to managers to address the issues including taking part in individual meetings with managers/members of staff to appropriate levels as defined.
To attend first level formal meetings as appropriate, providing appropriate advice and support to line managers as appropriate. This will include managing attendance, disciplinary, grievance.
