I have been instructed by a well-established, highly regarded firm based in a beautiful office in Cheltenham. As a firm they cover a range of personal and business sectors but this role is specifically within the Corporate/ Commercial team.

The team is comprised of one director, one trainee and a paralegal. The team deal with a wide range of Corporate/ Commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions , shareholder agreements, contract terms and conditions, corporate governance, data protection and more.

The team are looking to grow the team with a senior level hire. Ideally an experienced Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor with 5+ PQE.

This firm are known for progression, with many of the equity partners having started as trainees with the firm and progressed up to partner level.
