Your new role
Supporting the Founder and senior management team, you will be the key point of contact to provide useful financial information to the various internal and external stakeholders. You'll lead a small finance team who will support you in the production of management accounts, financial reporting, cash flow management and FP&A. This is a hands-on, broad finance role that will provide a variety of challenges on a day-to-day basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification and have a good technical accounting knowledge. You will have a strong analytical skill set to interpret financial data and product profitability, alongside the communication skills to articulate this information to key stakeholders. A savviness around accounting systems and an ability to lead a team are also key.

Paying a salary benchmarked of up to £75,000, depending on experience. You'll be part of a team that collaborates well to get success and support investment and growth conducted across a range of product lines in the retail sector.
