Salary: GBP100,000 pro rata – Contract up to 31st July
This role is to support the Consumer Duty project by carrying out gap analysis of existing processes and policies, and identifying clear actions to close those gaps in order to meet the FCA's Consumer Duty directives,
The candidate must be able to articulate clearly what actions need to be implemented as a result of this analysis to ensure full compliance across the business.
Key Experience:
- Intricate and extensive knowledge of FCA regulations, with in–depth technical understanding of consumer duty
- Experience of analysing processes and policies and making recommendations to meet regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Experience working in an insurance business.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong team player who is comfortable working with colleagues at all levels
