You:

• Solid experience in change management of a school in the UK

• Solid experience of leading in an SEN/SEMH school in the UK

• Solid experience of turning a school around.

• 6 month interim – possibly longer.

• Solid Support from an Executive Head and also the management team in this group of SEMH schools. They have over 20 across the UK
