Reed HR are currently recruiting for a Head of HR to join our wonderful, fast growing client on a full time, permanent basis.

Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with flexibility on start and finish timesHybrid working: Ideally 3 days in the office, 2 days working from homeReporting into: Director of Operations

I'm looking for a well rounded, confident individual with experience managing a team/employee within a Head of HR role (2–4 years). You will ideally be CIPD qualified or qualified by experience and have an understanding of diversity and inclusion.

This role will involve travel to offices in Malta and Barcelona (all expenses paid) and will have the opportunity to progress to sit alongside the board of directors. This role looks after the UK and International offices so experience looking after multiple countries and supporting various brands would be beneficial.

Overview: The Head of People is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function for the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and programs, managing employee relations and engagement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to –

Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement, and creates opportunities for employee development and growth.Manage employee relations and engagement, including addressing and resolving any employee issues or concernsDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment, labour, and immigration lawsLead and manage the performance management process, including setting performance goals, providing feedback and coaching, and conducting performance evaluationsManage employee benefits and compensation, including negotiating and renewing contracts with benefits providers and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsCollaborate with management and other stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needsWork with senior leaders to develop measures aimed at promoting a progressive and inclusive culture that's in alignment with the organisation's values.Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and resources to effectively perform their rolesAct as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all matters related to people and organizational developmentBenefits
