Finance Manager

We are looking for someone with a FP&A background to join this large, reputable organisation on a permanent basis. As Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting managers with regional reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Managing project related budgets and overhead costs
• Developing and implementing financial controls and deputising for the Head of Controlling as required.
• Supporting Joint Venture contract negotiations by providing Controlling input
• Reviewing costs with the wider team on a regular basis to ensure forecasts, risks and opportunities are managed appropriately

Who are we looking for?

The right candidate for this role will have:

• Strong Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience
• Experience of working in a finance role within a project environment
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to deal with complex transactions/commercial issues
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience of using SAP4Hana OR other ERP systems and Excel

Ideally they will also have:

• Experience of leading projects/teams
• Knowledge of the energy market or large development/construction experience
• Experience working in a global environment with an entrepreneurial attitude
