Joint Venture Finance Manager - Property

Opportunity to join one of the UK's most prestigious property companies as Joint Venture Finance Manager. The Group owns and manages one of the most valuable mixed use portfolios in London consisting of Office, Commercial, Residential, Retail and BTR, as well as several high profile development projects. Additionally, sustainability is at the core of their strategy as a responsible landlord and developer.

As Joint Venture Finance Manager you would be responsible for all aspects of commercial finance, management accounts and financial planning for the group's joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of management accounts for the various Joint Venture entities.

• Preparation of commercial analysis and financial results for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.

• Review and sign off all entries and adjustments into Yardi in respect of joint venture entities, with responsibility for ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

• Lead process improvement and implementation projects on Yardi.

• Managing a team, including supervision and training, planning and resource allocation and half yearly reviews.

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years post–qualified ACCA or ACA and have relevant experience in a property business.

• Technically strong with a firm understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP accounting standards.

• Experience and understanding of equity accounting and consolidations is essential.

• Must be computer literate with the ability to adapt to new software products.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Experience of Yardi would be advantageous.
