Project – Fit Out & Refurbishment

I am working with one of the UK biggest Main Contractors who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on Fit Out & Refurb projects valued between GBP10million – GBP25million in London.

My client turns over around GBP35million per year and are currently expanding their team, due to an abundance of new projects coming in.

Description.

• Delivery project on time and in line with all company legislation.
• Schedule and chair meetings for Clients.
• Write a program using Asta or Microsoft Projects.
• Capable of appraising tenders to establish risk and opportunities and ensuring all the project team members contribute These risks should be interpreted and translated to support ongoing bid negotiation and commercial strategy for the project.
• they have design managers who will appraise design aspects, the PM team should have a strong understanding of the salient risks to help drive the strategy.
• Strong understanding of the contract form and help formulate a commercial strategy around these terms.
• Assist with the preparation of tender documentation including writing any project specific sections.
• Proficient in Asta and capable of preparing detailed procurement and construction programmes fully aligned to the procurement route and. contract.
• Strong at tender interviewing.
• Confident in professional team engagement and the foresight to meet the client teams to better our chances.
