Morgan law are excited to be working with a NHS trust based in London assisting them in finding a new Associate HR Business partner. It's a 3 month contract and is a Hybrid role.
The Associate HR Business Partner will support the HR Business Partner with the development and the Associate Director of workforce with the implementation of initiatives directly supporting delivery of the Trust's HR Strategies and adding value to the overall performance of the Trust.
A key component of the role is the establishment of strong working relationships with multi–professional staff that are built on trust, confidence and mutual respect, which underpin a reputation for being credible and knowledgeable interventions.
The HR Business Partner will support delivery of designated Trust–wide initiatives and be expected to understand and promote issues concerning equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement.
